Core Mission
Act as a facilitator and advisor to structure the functional framework of a digital platform while ensuring alignment between a multi-party consortium and end-user needs (public institutions and private actors).
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Scoping: Analyze existing resources (tools, training, guides) and prioritize final user practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead co-construction workshops and regular follow-up meetings with the project steering committee and technical group.
- Strategic Planning: Define detailed user paths, functional mapping, and access levels for different profiles.
- Technical Documentation: Draft the final detailed functional specifications (Cahier des Charges) for the subsequent development phase.
- Economic Oversight: Evaluate development and maintenance costs and help define a sustainable future economic model.
Required Expertise
- Strong background in AMOA and functional scoping for complex digital platforms.
- Knowledge of GDPR requirements, "privacy by design," and data hosting regulations within the EU.
- Familiarity with AI integration and SEO strategy impacts on platform construction.
