Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our company's future by identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth plans

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job description creation to offer negotiation

• Candidate Experience: Create a positive, engaging experience for all candidates that reflects our company culture and values

• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a diverse pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings

• Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector

• Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and communicate about technical roles and requirements

• International Recruitment: Experience hiring across multiple countries and navigating diverse employment practices

• Digital Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern talent sourcing tools

• Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)

• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment efficiency

• Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and commitment to building diverse teams
