Role Overview
As a Technical Product Manager in our Paris Tech Studio, you'll play a pivotal role at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, define roadmaps, and deliver exceptional digital experiences that solve real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with stakeholders to define product vision and priorities

Roadmap Development: Create and maintain clear product roadmaps that balance technical feasibility with business value

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams and make informed architecture decisions

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, design teams, and engineering to ensure alignment

Agile Implementation: Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospectives to ensure efficient product delivery

Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and user feedback to inform product iterations and improvements

Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for features, integrations, and technical processes
Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in technical product management, preferably in a digital product studio or tech company

Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development processes, with experience in web and mobile technologies

Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies and product development frameworks

Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems through innovative solutions

Tools: Experience with product management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.)

Languages: Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage
