SDR Apprenticeship (Sales Development Representative) – AI / Tech

Paris (hybrid) · 12 to 24 months · Start date aligned with school schedule

 

Selego is accelerating the growth of its Tech and AI offerings (delivery, product, data/AI) for demanding clients. We’re looking for an SDR apprentice to strengthen pipeline generation and contribute directly to sales performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospects (accounts, decision-makers, buying signals) for our AI/tech offerings

  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns, with a strong focus on cold calling

  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team (scheduling, follow-ups, confirmations)

  • Qualify needs and document interactions accurately in the CRM (context, challenges, next steps, risks)

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sequences, scripts, messaging, and playbooks (A/B testing, response rate analysis, show rate, conversion)

Candidate Profile

  • Highly driven, enjoys challenges, eager to learn fast and grow into an Account Executive role in the AI space

  • First experience in B2B prospecting: cold calling, meeting booking, follow-ups

  • Solid SDR fundamentals: qualification, cadences, CRM hygiene, rigorous follow-through

  • Strong verbal skills: able to hook attention in seconds and run a structured conversation

  • Organized, motivated, results-oriented, with high standards for the quality of information shared

  • Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or equivalent) is a plus
